The 2013 Video Music Awards (or VMAs, as everyone calls them) bring MTV and a cadre of pop’s biggest acts to Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Sunday. This year marks the 30th anniversary for the VMAs, a milestone MTV celebrated with a redesign of the famed Moonman statuette courtesy of KAWS.
The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the soundtrack album to the 2013 adventure fantasy film. The soundtrack includes tracks by Demi Lovato, Zedd, Colbie Caillat, AFI remixed by LA Riots, and Jessie J among others. Some songs, including Lovato’s “Heart By Heart” and Caillat’s “When The Darkness Comes,” were recorded specifically for City of Bones.
