This version has the UEFI boot and that is needed for the new machines. I have used the previous versions for years and it is well worth it. My advice is to post some of the tutorials for it as it can get confusing. It is also a great program to edit the BCD. I use it to have a working copy of my windows 10 that I can boot into. That way when I update Microsoft and there is an issue I have a fallback.. This program should be on your watch for updates because it is so worth it.
