I bought Rarefile premium for 90 days at $AU64 which is a lot of money for a pensioner and they sent me a used key file. I reported to them about that and they said they would fix it in a few hours. It’s now 3 days and despite repeated emails they have just ignored me. Now I can’t download from Rarefile and I’m out of pocket a lot of money. I hope you can talk some sense into them.
