Hello Peebee, please download revo uninstaller, then reinstall the program, then use revo uninstaller to uninstall it, during which you will be ask to scan for registry entries after revo has uninstalled it, scan and delete all registry entries, revo will then scan for program remnants which you should also delete, please download and install registry finder which is freeware and very small – http://registry-finder.com/ , use it to find any gilisoft registry entries and delete them all, restart your computer, then you are good to reinstall the progream again, thank you very much
