installation error. saved a copy of original .dll file to desktop, renamed the one in x64 folder to .dl1, installed. replaced .dll file in the directory and get installation error.

When you install 4.1.0, I know it doesn’t log on with ones name but does the update checking work? Maybe that would let you update the older version to the newer. I don’t have it installed yet or I’d tell you.

Just a quick tip on installing this program. If you find that once you have installed it your model disappears in print preview you will have to do the following. Uninstall program, run regedit, (BE CAREFULL AS DELETING ENTRIES IN THE REGISTRY CAN CAUSE ISSUES-ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR REGISTRY FIRST), and use the find button to find all entries to do with simplify3d . Once the registry is cleared-reboot and follow the instructions to install.
