Salamat Max. Though my pc has on left the Start icon, I found Control Panel in the start group. Set all my 3doman to off. I’ll let the app update to 3.5.5. And restart pc, eureka it works – thanks

Hello myrzol kamusta you just have to close or turn off the windows defender click on window icon on your lower left then look for control panel then windows defenders firewall after that you can explore and turn off your firewall/ windows defender thank you
